Victor is the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer at Moody Bank, based in our Main Banking Center. He has been with Moody Bank for a total of 39 years and in his current role for 23 years. For Victor, the most satisfying part of the job is seeing and helping people and businesses succeed.

A graduate of Midwestern State University, Victor holds a BBA in Economics and an MBA in Finance. He currently serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Board and is Chairman of TIB, The Independent Bankers, N.A. He has been an active member of the community. His latest affiliations include:
