Lance is an Executive Vice President of Commercial Lending, based out of our Energy Corridor location. He brings 20+ years of experience and specializes in Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, Construction, Commercial & Industrial, Equipment Loans, Asset Based Lending, and Lines of Credit. Lance enjoys helping business owners and real estate developers achieve results based on their goals and seeing them achieve their projected growth.

Lance graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance. He is a recent graduate of the West Houston Leadership Institute and now sits on their Board. He lives in Cypress with his family, where he is on the board of the Houston West Chamber of Commerce, a coach for the Fairfield Sports Association, and volunteers with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, golfing, working out, and hunting.
